Nr 7.1 – Pride

Nr 7.1 The first of the seven vices. The first capital sin, pride. To show oneself above others by force, to have contempt for others by being full of oneself but empty like a fragile glass bottle. 
The base of the painting is orange, a color that represents expansion and ambition, a support point where this capital vice of one-way pride is raised in a negative way, indicated by the upward arrow that reaches a mirror. Glass that reflects the one who is falsely lost, like the body of the woman depicted in the photo, in perceiving oneself beyond other people, even if in reality it is always nothingness.
Number 7.1 = upward pride for an impoverished peacock.
